Why I made this

The short version: I built the thing my own brain needed.

My mom used to call me "half a job Megan." Clothes half put away, drawers left open, notes scribbled on random pages, a kitchen I'd tear apart at 7am because I couldn't find one thing. I'd decide at 6 in the morning that the washing machine needed to be taken apart and cleaned immediately. My whole life felt like 100 open tabs in my brain, and I could never close a single one.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 37, and it changed everything.

I remember the first time I took my medication. I sat down at my desk and worked, uninterrupted, for over four hours. Then I cried. I called my husband and asked him if that was something he did regularly. He said yes, every single day. I couldn't believe it. Focus like that was so foreign to me that I didn't know it was possible.

But medication wasn't the whole answer. My brain still needed somewhere to put everything. So I started doing one simple thing every morning: I opened a blank space and emptied my head into it. Every thought, every worry, every random task. I called it my morning brain dump, and it has been the best thing I have ever done for myself. That never-ending list in my head finally had somewhere to live besides my head.

That one habit slowly grew into this planner. Now I start each week with everything I need to do, work, personal, all of it, and give each task a day. Every morning I do my brain dump, then build my schedule. And I mean everything goes in there: when I walk the dog, when I shower, when I eat, when I get ready.

Does it always go to plan? No way. But I finally have a plan. Unfinished tasks follow me to the next day instead of disappearing into the noise. The timer keeps me from stalling. I'm more productive than I've ever been, and my head is quieter than it's ever been.

I built this for my own brain. If yours works anything like mine, I built it for you too.

How it quiets the noise

Every piece exists because my own brain needed it. Nothing extra, nothing fussy.

☀️ Morning brain dump

Get every thought, worry, and random task out of your head and onto the page before the day starts. The noise gets quieter the moment it has somewhere to go.

🎯 One most important task

Not twenty. One. The single thing that makes today a win, front and center. Do it first.

🔥 Habit streaks that forgive

Check habits off and watch your streaks grow. Rest day? Hit skip and your streak survives. Built for real life, not perfect people.

⏭ Nothing slips through

Unfinished tasks follow you to the next day until you finish them or let them go on purpose. No more lists that vanish into old pages.

⏳ A focus timer

Pick 15 to 60 minutes and start. It counts down in your browser tab and chimes when time is up. Starting is the hard part, and anyone can do fifteen minutes.

📅 Your whole day, blocked out

Half-hour blocks from 6am to 10pm. Appointments you add to the calendar drop themselves into your schedule automatically.

🗓 Weeks, months, quarters

Plan your week in tiers and assign tasks to days. Track habits across the whole month. See all 13 weeks of your quarter at a glance.

🌙 The little things

Dark mode. Confetti when you finish your habits. Weekly notes for grocery lists that reset every Sunday. A built-in guide one tap away.

Your thoughts stay yours

Everything you type is saved on your own device, in your own browser. Nothing is uploaded. There is no account, no cloud, and no tracking. Not even I can see what you write. Your 6am brain dump is between you and your planner.

What you get

Questions you might have

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay $28 once and it's yours forever, future updates included. Planner apps charge $5 to $10 every month for less.

What do I need to use it?

Just a web browser. It works on iPhone, Android, Mac, and Windows, and there's nothing to download or install. On your phone you can add it to your home screen and it opens like a regular app.

Does it sync between my phone and my laptop?

Each device keeps its own completely private copy, and the built-in backup and restore moves everything between devices in about a minute. That's the trade-off for total privacy: your data never touches the internet, so there's no cloud syncing it.

Where does my data live?

In your own browser, on your own device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. Use the built-in backup button now and then for a safe copy, since clearing your browser's site data would also clear your planner.

What's your refund policy?

Because this is a digital product with instant access, all sales are final. If something isn't working for you, email me at megan@hormone-edit.com and I'll make it right.
